Custom Motors, Inc.’s skilled staff is available to provide on-site field service when needed. We support all of our own products, but also provide service in supporting our customer’s needs on competitive products when required.

Types of support we provide include but are not limited to:

•Assisting in machine commissioning
•On-site repair
• Improving machine performance

Field service is billed by time and travel costs and needs the proper approvals before being made. The factory will provide you with an estimate of all expected charges and requires customer approval and a purchase order before service can begin.
